1. How do I get a custom shape?

2. What is your turn around time? 
For our standard shapes we have available on our website we have a turn around time of 5-8 business days ready for pick up or shipping. For custom orders we have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks. 

3. How much is shipping?
We offer flat rate shipping with Loomis Courier at the following rates:
ONT= $15
QC, MB, SK, NB, PEI, NS= $20
AB =$25
BC, NFLD= $30

4. Can I pick up?
Yes you can!! We are located in Kitchener, Ontario. This option is available at checkout. 

5. What are your return/exchange policies?
We work with our customers on a case by case basis. If you have concerns about your products please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Please send us an email to bclasering@gmail.com and include your name, order number, detailed description of the concern, and pictures. 

6. Pressing instructions for MDF Sublimation.
Remove plastic protective film prior to pressing. Press at medium-heavy pressure for 60 seconds at 400F.
